The slow creep of ugliness into the language of public debate is impossible to ignore | Neil Oliver
Wow, this speech was not only linguistically eloquent but also extremely powerful, TRUE and important and needs to be spread by everyone of us hearing it! Language at it's finest. This is exactly what's been bothering me and what I find so scary in society today. It's been worsened and escalated by social media, where it often feels like communicating with a bunch of raging sociopaths. We've lost the art of civilized debate and using language in a meaningful way and with the original meaning of the words used.
